Bio
Nancy Redding, M.Ed., is an Accredited Training Fellow in the Orton- Gillingham Academy, conducting Orton-Gillingham trainings throughout California. She also serves on the Academy’s Board of Directors. Nancy is a former community college learning disability specialist and has served as a learning specialist at both high school
and elementary school levels in Northern California. Additionally, Nancy has worked as a private academic therapist, specializing in students with dyslexia, for over 40 years. Nancy is past president of the Northern California Branch of IDA, and a former Regional Representative for the Branch Council of IDA. Nancy is the co-author with Marcia Henry of Patterns for Success, a reading and spelling program based on Orton-Gillingham lessons. Nancy lives in San Jose, CA. She and her husband have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
